La Moskitia, which spans most of eastern Honduras and across into Nicaragua, is the largest rainforest in Central America. This is the one of the last frontiers in Central America.  We are going on a real adventure visiting remote areas and exploring untouched see life.  This is a fantastic trip for pioneers and not faint-hearted people ready for thrills, new emotions and challenging environmental factors like high seas, aggressive sea and active wild life. Honduras has the second-largest barrier reef, flora and fauna, which are still pristine in its beauty and natural diversity.   This adventure is a good opportunity to view the contrast of two cultures, great diving in isolated environment, and sailing in beautiful waters.

The trip begins in Puerto Lempira (city on the border with Nicaragua) where we fly on a private plane and continue at the sea on sailing catamarans with experienced crew and support of a house/chase boat.  Each boat is independent of each other and carries air compressors for diving operations, freezers, refrigerators and water makers.  We are going to be on a roam for 10 days exploring the areas.

The adventure is lead by an experienced pilot, boat captain, dive instructor and marine biologist. His bio is just thrilling – he participated in the deep archaeological projects, thought scuba diving at the prestigious American, dove in extreme and exclusive places that just like a few like Jacques Cousteau were granted access before.  He knows the history of a region, participated in deep-sea archeological projects.  He thought in prestigious American diving schools, organized numerous expeditions around the world. Travel, new routes, adventures – his passion!
